How are we celebrating this beautiful Friday night? With this red, refreshing beauty of a beverage that contains flavors of rich bourbon, tart lemon, bitter/herbal/sweet Campari & Cocchi Rosa. This drink might make you want to plant a kiss on whomever is closest to you, so it's perfect for the week after Valentine's Day.

1.25 oz Bourbon
1 oz Campari
.5 oz Cocchi Rosa
.25 oz fresh lemon juice
2 dashes citrus bitters
4 drops orange blossom water
Lemon peel garnish
Build your cocktail (except for the orange blossom water) over ice in a mixing glass and mix away with a long spoon for 20 glorious seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Add the orange blossom water to your mixture and give it two or three gentle stirs. Garnish with lemon peel and enjoy.
