How & when will my item ship?

We ship all items via USPS (for now). A tracking number will be generated and emailed to you by your chosen carrier.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and the shipment prepared for delivery. Please note if you order Friday-Sunday your order will be processed the next available business day.

My item is slightly imperfect. Is this normal?

Yes. Any time items are made by hand, it's normal to have slight variations between items. We're not talking major quality defects here, just slight aesthetic variations from one product to the next. For example, it's highly likely that no two stitching accents on our bandanas are exactly alike. This is normal! Rest assured that it's because your product was made by a living, breathing human being. And hey, nobody's perfect.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes, we do. We currently offer shipping to Canada, the UK and Australia. Don't see your country in our shipping? Give us a holler and we'll see if we can set it up!
